The focus and purpose of Bob's coaching is to help others become more effective in their relationships and in achieving results in the following areas:

  • Life/Personal:  Enhancing relationships; managing work issues; developing work/life balance.

  • Transition/Career:  Transitioning into new roles; exploring skills/interests to gain job fulfillment.

  • Corporate/Organizational:  Developing leadership and communication skills; self-confidence and presence.

The coaching process begins with an “exploratory” session to discuss your current situation and set goals for any future coaching.  Bob offers this first session pro bono for clients to assess compatibility and to answer any questions. The coaching process can involve a 6, 9, or 12-month engagement.


Training Workshops

Training workshops are best suited for workgroups, and involve developing awareness in the following areas:
